BWHyperlinkButton not loading URL

Hi guys,
It's my first post here just want to say I love the toolkit, it
makes life so much easier.
I'm having some trouble with the BWHyperlinkButton. I have set the
URL as required however when the user clicks it, it shifts focus to
the browser but won't open up the URL (not in an existing window,
not in a new tab, if there are no open windows it doesn't create
one, etc).
Any Ideas?
