Setting either color of BWGradientBox's gradient to controlColor causes IB crash.

The title pretty much says it all, if you try to set one of the colors of the gradient to controlColor from the developer palette, the Assertion Failure box appears for a split second, then disappears again. After that, nothing works correctly (as usual) and you have to restart IB. I haven't been able to find any other colors that cause this.
EDIT: One more piece of info, I reset all of IB's preference files and its Application Support folder, and that didn't fix the problem, hence the bug report.
