BWSplitView thin divider inaccessible when at position 0 / max

A BWSplitView with thin divider can not be used after one moved the divider to the left/right margin (or top/bottom when vertical) or when collapsed with button / menu item.
In NSSplitView the divider can still be grabbed in that position as can the BWSplitView with thick divider or pane divider.
