Removing allowed items from selectable toolbar clears the toolbar

Add a BWSelectableToolbar to a window, and double click it to customize. Deleting any of the Separator, Space or Flexible Space removes all items in the toolbar, even though they're not in the current toolbar. Deleting any of the other defaults items from the sheet, e.g., Colors, only deletes the corresponding item in the current toolbar.
