Setting Tabbed sheets to be non-resizable causes some severe issues

There are several issues:
- Crashes. IB will crash occasionally - sorry no steps to
reproduce.
- You will not be able to select other tabs to edit
reliably.
- When trying to change tab, the contents of it (ie the controls) are copied into the main XIB.
Steps to reproduce: Simply uncheck the resize checkbox in the window's inspector.

Fixed this issue in the latest source. IB will no longer crash or behave oddly when the resize flag is toggled.
Note: Having certain tabs be resizable, and others non-resizable is currently unsupported. It's all or nothing. At some point, I would like to support having certain tabs be resizable, but I have to give some more thought to how that should work.
